The robot welding cell features a touchscreen tablet which allows for programs and parameters to be set and easily configured. This sits on a retractable, adjustable arm allowing you to work handsfree if required. It can easily be pushed out of the way when not in use to keep areas tidy and hazard-free. The tablet can be removed from the docking point and used in the operator's hands too if preferred. 

The tablet allows for a large number of templates and programs to be configured and saved. This allows the robot to be used for multiple products, programs or uses. Especially useful in companies which produce a wide array and variety of items. These can be easily updated and modified when required.

The WeldBot Robot Welding Cell is delivered fully assembled, with only the need to be plugged in when it arrives. The worktable ensures mobility and transportability by sitting on 4 heavy-duty premium castor wheels which allow it to be easily moved around the factory if needs be. When the preferred position is found, these can be locked in place to ensure that the robot does not move whilst in use. 

The wide reach of the robot allows it to reach outside of the Welding Cell if required. This is particularly useful if the robot is working on a larger item, or welding parts directly onto a trolley. The worktable on the robot welding cell features a unique keyhole pattern throughout the top and the sides. This allows you to place jigs and fixtures to standardise your robot's work and make production much, much easier. The unique locking system makes it simple to add and remove jigs when required.

The welding top is made from thick, heavy-duty 5mm steel for strength and durability that you can rely on. The outer shell is also made from British steel for durability. The shell is powder-coated in a light-grey textured coating, which provides a clean and wipeable finish. Internally, there are textured black panels which surrounds the robot. This provides anti-reflective surfaces for your worker's safety.

The Nukeson WeldBot Robot Welding Cell has been designed in the United Kingdom. Each one is manufactured and assembled at our premises in Norfolk.
